Climate & Wear Advice

Desire Red's warm oriental character benefits from thoughtful application in warm climates's heat. During hot daytime conditions, two sprays are sufficient — the patchouli and teakwood heart will amplify considerably in warmth. Apply to the wrists and neck rather than the chest to keep projection controlled. In the evening, when temperatures cool slightly, an additional spray to the chest or behind the ears allows the vanilla-labdanum base to develop more expansively. dry-season evenings are particularly well suited to this fragrance — the dry, slightly cool air of December and January allows the apple opening and the amber base to co-exist beautifully. During the rainy season, the patchouli note can become quite assertive in humidity, so a lighter application is recommended.
